Apostle Paul in 1 Cor. 3:6-20 explains how we are now the ark that houses the Spirit of God. "For we are the husbandry of the lord, a living vessel that should be unblemished to carry out the works of God." This is possible for Jesus Christ by doing the will of the father, laid a foundation of spiritual works in each of our hearts. A seed was sowed in the spirit, which yields fruit in our lives today. This chapter in the bible teaches the profitable works of sowing to the spirit, rather than the flesh, because the works of the spirit gives life but the works of the flesh are perishable.
