Faith in Love

LOVE is an action word; you can’t truly love by words without actions to match. The joy you feel when you love, drives you to act on love. It’s no wonder Jesus said: “…no greater love than a friend that is willing to lay down his life for the sake of love.

John 15:13 KJV
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

He backed up His words with action! .Desiring to do all that is good and just in the eyes of God, and towards your neighbour is the act of Godliness – this is LOVE! This is the character of Our Creator; to love in truth and justly. Unrequited love is an unfulfilling love that can drain you emotionally and physically, leaving you with dashed hopes: but a faithful lover will surely get his reward. It’s a privilege for us the created, having the Creator seek the love of His creation, rather than compelling love from them. 1 John 4:10-11 KJV

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. [11] Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

We are made to understand that because of the imbalance/alteration man brought upon his nature and on earth, God from the beginning of time gave His laws to guide us on how to love Him. But this desirable perfection justified by God for his laws cannot be met. Hence we work by faith with His laws that we may live forever.

Hebrews 11:6 KJV
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him..
What is this law? The law is love; for through love God craved, He carved out His laws. For even in wroth, He is merciful to save; for the greatest law is LOVE, because Love covers a multitude of sin. If we can love God and do all his will, we would be free from the burden of the law. We MUST however first reason, understand and be convinced as to why we must willingly love freely. Now, no man can love God to His standard, and please Him as He ought us to, so for this reason He sent His Son(Jesus Christ) to reveal the truth – the truth about love. Who is Jesus Christ? He is God; the personification of God’s Word, which took the form of flesh to bring the world the truth, taking them out of darkness; the darkness that was not revealed to our ancient parents. God’s word (Jesus Christ) was produced by the ultimate personality that gives life – the Spirit of God. God’s work is eternal, having a chain reaction that never ends just like He is. For that reason through Jesus Christ

Galatians 3:13-14 KJV says
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: [14] That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

The sacrifice of true love from a supreme being (God) washed out the whole earth. This statement means that God who kept true to his love also drove James to say that it was only the qualified purity of God’s love that could cleanse us from sin forever. In this way, God has made it plain, saying “My law is love, but because you cannot love me to my taste, I will save you by the works of obeying the law (love). For that reason, have faith (BELIEVE) that with your diligence to this law of love and with the spirit of truth (that judges the everyday decisions we make,) I will save you on the last day. This is because He is the God that rewards the faithful

Galatians 3:10-12 KJV
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. [11] But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. [12] And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

Let us not forget the role Christ came into our lives to act on as a sense of his love. What did He do?  Jesus Christ came to show us His ways to love; with parables he told us who the father is: the Father of light (Father of Truth,) and the hidden truth of His kingdom and of this world. Jesus Christ concluded by telling the Father to send us the Spirit of God to guide us daily.

Galatians 3:22-27 KJV
But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. [23] But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. [24] Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. [25] But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. [26] For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. [27] For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

We must be baptized by Christ (the Word of God, the Righteous Truth, and the Light).

1 John 5:1-13 KJV
Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. [2] By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. [3] For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. [4] For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. [5] Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? [6] This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. [7] For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. [8] And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. [9] If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. [10] He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. [11] And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. [12] He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. [13] These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Jesus Christ has always revealed himself in mysteries. If only we asked for wisdom from the Father to see it.

John 6:65 KJV
And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

John 6:44 KJV
No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Proverbs 1:20-33 KJV
Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth  her voice in the streets: s [21] She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying , [22] How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? [23] Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. [24] Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; [25] But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: [26] I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; [27] When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. [28] Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: [29] For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord : [30] They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. [31] Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. [32] For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. [33] But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet af from fear of evil.

 Proverbs 2:3-7 KJV
Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; [4] If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; [5] Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord , and find the knowledge of God. [6] For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. [7] He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

To be baptized into Christ and to put on Christ, is to be baptized into Light (truth, righteousness eternal)a new man now governed by the Spirit of Truth. Indeed, when you live in the Truth, you have eternal life, because God’s word is true, and gives life right from the beginning of time. John 1:1-14. “It is written that He spoke and it was so…” By the word of his mouth the world was created. Jesus Christ, the word of God that was born on the Earth said in John 6:33 KJV
For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. John 6:40 says: “Anyone who sees the light may have life.
John 8:12 KJV
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
John 14:6 KJV
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 3:19-21 KJV
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. [20] For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. [21] But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

You cannot sit back, not live by the laws of God, yet proclaiming in believe/FAITH that you would be saved
James 2:14-26 KJV
What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? [15] If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, [16] And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? [17] Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. [18] Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. [19] Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. [20] But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? [21] Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? [22] Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? [23] And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. [24] Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. [25] Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? [26] For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Eccl. 12:13-14 says: “For every work shall be brought to judgement…” Also see Galatians 6:7-8. God said if you love me you will act on that love; you would do God’s will.
 John 14:15 KJV
If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John 14:21 KJV
He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 14:23-24 KJV

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode g with him. [24] He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: h and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

1 Corinthians 2:9, John 17:24-26.  Jesus said to his disciples as he is saying to us now, as scripted in John 8:31-32, Philippians 1:9-10 and Ephesians 4:20-25. Quoting his words in his final days

“Thou sayest that I am King. To this end was I born and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Everyone that is of the truth hearth my voice. "

If your actions don’t communicate love, the feelings mean nothing!
